맨 아래 Solution을 보면 libeay32.dll파일이 Windows 7에서는 C:WindowsSysWOW64에 있을 텐데, 없으면 전체 검색으로 찾아서 이름을 바꾼 다음

프로그램을 다시 설치를 해달라는 내용입니다.

DLL and OCX files fail to register with error code 182

Symptoms

When installing EE7.9.3 (and possibly other releases) various files fail to register with error code 182.

The module “C:MentorGraphics7.9.3EESDD_HOMEcommonwin32libpresym70.ocx” failed to load for Registration with error code “182”.

This message is then repeated for the following files:
symbolwizard.ocx
dxdatabook.ocx
iceAddIn.ocx
dxsymbolsvr.dll
dxdcczaddin.ocx
DxThunbnails.ocx
MGCLibDataGrid.ocx
MGCVariantMgr.dll
DXDRFToolkit.dll
LMCDocAddin70.ocx

If you then run DxDesigner or Library Manager, you then get the message "Can not find ordinal number 3836 in LIBEAY32.dll"

An old copy of libeay32.dll was located in C:Windowssystem32

Solution

Rename the file C:Windowssystem32libeay32.dll to be libeay32.dll.old

Remove the software, and re-install it

Note: The file libeay32.dll has been found in C:WindowsSysWOW64 on a Windows 7 machine, so if you get the message and cannot locate libeay32.dll, search your whole system for that file.
