ECO to PCB 를 했을때 에러입니다.

DEL_ATTRIBUTE 메시지는 Footprint라는 속성을 지우겠다는 메시지입니다.
회로도에는 없지만 PCB 상에서 속성값을 지정하시는 경우,
[PADS Layout Link]-[Preferences]에서 Include Attributes를 체크해제하고 사용하시기바랍니다.
